We saw this on our way home from Caleb's piano lesson in NW Grand Rapids this afternoon. We pulled over to take the picture and stare at frosty for a minute. One lady was passing in her van and she lifted her hands off the wheel to cheer and laugh. Another lady walking past took pictures at a few different angles, and a bus driver smiled and turned her head to look too.
I think it is so cool, since you will notice there is no snow left on the ground. I wonder where they got the snow? or if it is snow packed around something?
I sent it to the G.R. Press and said they should send a photographer there, but they used the cell phone pic. Here is the
